Andrea Yandreski is a member of our Performance Improvement, Retail and Consumer Products practices.

For more than 20 years, Andrea has helped clients address operational, financial and organizational challenges from strategy to value realization, achieving rapid and sustainable improvements in their organizations. She has advised leading companies both across North America and globally, with a focus on Canadian businesses.

Andrea’s work with clients transforms their performance, organizational health and team capabilities across the entire organization. She leverages her broad expertise in commercial excellence, supply chain, shared services, G&A, complexity reduction and innovation through technology.

Andrea is an expert in optimizing net working capital to increase in-year free cash flow and improve shareholder value.

Prior to joining the firm, Andrea held senior positions with other global consulting firms and was a Chief Financial Officer (CFO). 

She is a Canadian Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA), Fellow in Board Governance and holds an honours bachelor’s degree from Western University.
