Matthew Neve

Matthew Neve is a member of our Energy and Natural Resources and Advanced Manufacturing and Services practices. 

Matthew primarily focuses on helping clients navigate the energy transition. This includes support with corporate strategy, operating model, and performance improvement efforts for businesses that participate across the value chain.

He is also an expert on our proprietary Radar 360 and Accelerated Transformation solutions.

Matthew's recent work has focused on strategy, operating model, and innovation in low-carbon technologies (e.g., onshore renewables, offshore wind, and hydrogen) and performance improvement efforts in the oil and gas sector. He has also led due diligence and value creation post-acquisition efforts for various private equity funds. 

Prior to joining Bain, he previously worked as an investment banking associate for Deutsche Bank. 

Matthew holds a B.A. in Philosophy and Modern Languages from the University of Oxford.
