Connecting and Resourcing Empowered Women

Description & Requirements

WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH:

As a part of the CREW program, you will have the opportunity to meet peers, mentors, and future colleagues through pre-program virtual sessions and a 1.5 day in-person summit at a Bain office.


WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Through the CREW program, you will participate in workshops, panels, and breakouts designed to help you build your skills and connect with other future leaders.

Come learn from some of the most powerful women leaders in this field as they share how they've thrived at Bain. Through this program, you will get a feel for working as a consultant and build your business toolkit. Following the program, you will have an opportunity to interview for an associate consultant intern position in the US or Canada.


ABOUT YOU:

CREW is intended for sophomore (second) year women enrolled at a four-year institution in the US or Canada

Applications open in late mid-October. When applying, you'll be asked to select up to three office preferences, as well as submit your:

  • Resume
  • Cover letter
  • Educational Information
  • Unofficial Transcript
  • Test scores (if applicable)

After the application deadline, you'll be asked to submit supplemental essays via a video recording tool.
