WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH:

ADvantage is a week-long program designed exclusively for advanced degree candidates that are seeking an immersion into life at Bain and exposure to a career in consulting. You'll work alongside Bain case teams, develop your business acumen, connect with members of Bain's leadership teams, and learn more about what makes a career opportunity at Bain an ideal landing place after academia. 

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Our program includes a full day of training followed by 4 days staffed to a real Bain case team.

ADvantage participants will join a case team, manage their own workstream with the support of a consultant mentor, and enjoy a variety of social activities while meeting members of our teams and experiencing our rich and unique culture. 

Candidates that are selected to participate in our program will also receive early consideration for our full-time consultant positions.

ABOUT YOU:

ADvantage is intended for candidates that are currently enrolled in an advanced degree program or those that have recently graduated with their advanced degree (within 1-3 years).

Eligible degree programs include:

  • PhDs and postdocs 
  • PharmD's
  • Other doctoral-level degree programs
  • JD's
  • MD's and medical residents/fellows
  • Non-MBA Master's with >3 years of relevant business experience, completed after receiving a Bachelor's degree

Application components include a 1-2 page business-format resume, cover letter, recent test scores (if applicable), and Bain offices of interest. 

Program dates: May 5-9, 2025
