Evan Chen is a member of our Consumer Products practice with 10+ years of consulting experience. He focuses on business transformations involving strategy, innovation, omni-channel growth, go-to-market model, change management and organizational effectiveness.

Evan has worked with many well-recognized multinational and local companies, across the food and beverage, consumer health, and personal care sectors. In his recent work, he has leveraged the deep know-how in consumer sector to drive "consumer-centric" omnichannel model transformation for leading consumer health and food & beverage companies, unleashing the growth potential in the new era of China's market environment.

He has also led multiple diligence and post-merger integration efforts for both corporate and private equity clients.

Beyond his core client work, Evan is the leader of our Greater China's Associate Consultant Program, where he oversees the coordinated efforts of recruiting, training and promotion to build a strong talent platform for the firm's growth. He is also a key contributor to the Greater China firm's strategic initiatives.

Prior to joining the firm, he spent a few years as a consultant at another boutique consulting firm and a sales manager at Procter & Gamble in Shanghai.

Evan holds an MBA from Northwestern University, Kellogg School of Management, where he was named to the Dean's Honor List.
