Christine Frostmark leads Bain's Results Delivery® practice in the Nordic and is also an member of the firm's Financial Services practice.
Christine has more than 15 years of global consulting experience spanning the Nordics, Europe and North America. Christine has worked across a wide range of industries and issues including strategy, transformations, organization, M&A, customer strategy and loyalty with a focus on advising clients from the financial services, consumer products and private equity sectors. She also supports clients extensively with digitalization and its implications.
In addition, she has a particular focus on large–scale transformations. Areas of expertise include transformation strategy, transformation governance, culture, behavioral change and related topics. Christine also has deep experience addressing more specific business topics often encountered in digital transformation including operating model re-design, designing and deploying digitized customer journeys, implementing an agile way of working and deploying NPS systems.
Since joining Bain in 2000, Christine has worked out of the Stockholm, London and San Francisco offices.
She has a MSc in Economics and Business Administration, with a major in Finance and Managerial Finance from the Stockholm School of Economics. Christine also holds a MSc in Industrial Engineering from Royal Institute of Technology, Stockholm.
