Ben Vander is a member of our Financial Investors and Private Equity practice.
He has worked with top investment firms across stages (Venture, Growth, Buyout, and Public) and sectors. Ben has experience from more than 300 due diligence and investment research projects. In diligence, his work has differentially focused on high-growth technology companies (particularly in software) and in Cleantech.
Beyond his work with our clients, he has led Bain's recruiting efforts at the University of Virginia for Associate Consultants and AC interns since 2016, and also leads the Dads@Bain program for the Bay Area.
Before joining Bain, he attended the University of Virginia for both his BA in Economics and graduate studies in Statistics.
In his personal time, Ben enjoys road cycling and is an active home cook. He's also a devoted husband and father.
