Hal Baseman is a member of our Private Equity practice, with over a decade of industry and consulting experience.
Hal has extensive due diligence experience across a wide range of industries. His primary focus is on advanced manufacturing and services, with particular depth in utilities, construction & building products, distribution, and manufacturing services. He has additional experience in retail & consumer products.
In addition to his due diligence work, Hal has worked with corporate clients in the Travel & Leisure sector on growth strategy and operating model transformations.
Prior to Bain, Hal worked in microeconomic research in consulting and at the Federal Reserve Board of Governors.
He earned an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BA in economics from Carleton College (magna cum laude).
