Jean Muraire is a member of our Healthcare & Life Sciences practice.
He has extensive experience working with large and mid-size companies across key verticals of the global healthcare industry, including pharma, consumer healthcare, medtech and care providers. His work primarily surrounds corporate and business unit strategy, operating model design and performance improvement. His expertise also includes strategic due diligence for private equity funds.
Beyond his client work, Jean is strongly involved in our consultant professional development and integration programs. He is an active advisor and mentor to multiple consultants he supports throughout their careers.
Prior to joining Bain, Jean was a consultant for another top firm. He has also accumulated complementary experience in strategy and M&A on the corporate side, along with investment banking, where he was structuring LBO financing deals for corporate and private equity clients in Europe and the Middle East.
Jean holds an MSc in Management from EM Lyon Business School.
In his personal time, Jean volunteers for an NGO, assisting students from disadvantaged areas define their professional projects. He is also passionate about outdoor sports and loves to go on mountaineering or backcountry skiing expeditions and hiking around the world with his family. He and his wife are the proud parents of two young boys, and the family lives in Paris.
