Anisa Mechler

Anisa Mechler is a member of our Energy & Natural Resources and Advanced Manufacturing & Services practices, where she focuses on helping enterprises navigate the energy and carbon transition.

She has over 10 years of experience consulting for top energy and industrial companies, especially on business unit and enterprise strategy and commercial excellence. She also supports many of our social impact clients, especially in the nature and energy spaces.

Outside of her casework, Anisa co-leads the Atlanta office's Environmental Sustainability team. She is an active participant in the Asians at Bain and Women at Bain affinity groups and leads W@B recruiting for the Atlanta office.

Before joining Bain, Anisa received an MBA with honors from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business, where she was a Jefferson fellow. Prior to her MBA, she spent 6 years providing technical consulting services to the nuclear power industry after receiving a Chemical Engineering degree from MIT.

In her personal time, Anisa enjoys getting outside with her husband, two children, and dog - they can often be found on hikes or in the backyard all weekend!
