Borja Tramazaygues

Borja Tramazaygues is an expert in Bain’s Performance Improvement practice and leads the firm’s procurement efforts globally.

Borja has more than 20 years of management consulting experience, advising clients on their greatest opportunities and challenges.

He holds deep expertise in both direct and indirect procurement, supplier management, sustained cost transformation and change management. His client portfolio spans a range of industries, including financial services, energy & natural resources, consumer products and advanced manufacturing & services. 

Prior to joining Bain in 2009, Borja worked for another global consulting firm.

He holds an MBA from Harvard University and a bachelor’s degree in business administration, with honors, from Deusto University.
