Alice Engelke

Alice is a member of our Private Equity and Technology and Cloud Services practices.

She specializes in commercial due diligence for private equity clients, with a focus on the software and services sectors.

Within these sectors, her sector expertise includes vertical and horizontal software, IT and data services, and broader tech-enabled services offerings.

Alice holds an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College and a B.A. from Middlebury College.
