Roger Zhu

Roger Zhu is a member of our Financial Services and Advanced Analytics practices. He has ~15 years of consulting experience, primarily focused in North America.

Roger has led many client engagements on AI strategy, use case prioritization, financial value realization and data strategy and governance, as well as developing custom applications with Bain’s data science and engineering teams. Within our Financial Services practice, Roger covers a range of topics, including enterprise strategy, international expansion and M&A. Additionally, he advises private equity and corporate clients on asset due diligences, with a focus on AI, fintech and payments. 

Outside of his client work, Roger is the Americas AI Champion, leading upskilling and adoption across the firm.  

He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA (Hons) from Dartmouth College.
